Anita Gatto is passionate about helping brands at all stages develop impactful disciplines, culture-conscious strategy and to ignite big yet possible ideas while ensuring the bottom line goals are intact.
She has held the position of CMO for fashion brand Robert Graham, where she was instrumental in the brand's acquisition to Joe's Jeans in 2012. She co-founded experiential marketing agency Self Employed, where she was named one of MSNBC's "Women to Watch" in 2019 and featured in FORBES profiling her pop-up success in 2019, rejuvenating physical retail with brands such as Kylie Cosmetics, KKW Beauty, Nickelodeon and more. She believes the next wave of branding and marketing innovation will come from brand leaders deciding to empower c-level consultants with a wider lens on external factors in order to tackle pivots, launches, challenges and critical brand initiatives.
She co-founded THE BOARD - a leading community of c-level consultants in 2020. As a brand consultant her clients include: Hello Sunshine, Farfetch, Moda Operandi, Tyra Banks' Smize Cream, Ember Technology, Pepsi Group and Moet Hennessy to name a few.
