I am a visionary creative leader focused on purpose & the power of creativity to make the world a better place. I have 30+ years experience building & growing brands, award winning creative platforms & diverse creative teams, both agency & brand side. Most recently Chief Creative Officer at Walmart, I led the creative vision & brand expression for all consumer centric communications across all channels. Managing an internal creative team of 300+, growing talent, capabilities and culture. Leaning into authentic storytelling to win hearts, minds, spirits and wallets. Collaborating to evolve Walmart from a transactional company to an emotional brand. Leading the charge to elevate Walmart “Style” across Fashion, Beauty & Home. Building & evolving owned, private label & partner brands, growing reputation & revenue.

Prior to Walmart, I was VP, Global Creative at Disney Parks, Experiences & Consumer Products leading creative, design, digital integration & innovation. Partnering with Marvel, Star Wars, Pixar & Disney Imagineers to bring world famous IP to life. Evolving the in-house creative team into a full service, award winning creative agency, focused on diverse talent, inspiration & education. Before leading the creative brand side, I spent 25 years on the agency side winning top industry recognition & awards from the Addys to Effies to Cannes. I've been honored as one of Business Insider’s 30 Most Creative Women in Advertising, Advertising Working Mother of the Year & am a proud recipient of the 3% Movement’s 3 Cheers Award for my commitment to making the industry a more equitable place.

Mother of two adult daughters, I sit on the non-profit Board of Directors for Girls Inc of LA, helping fuel the dreams of underserved girls in my community and the Marcus Graham Project, committed to growing diverse talent & changing the face of the marketing industry. In 2023 I took time to rest, renew & reset & The Art of The Pause was born. An integrated wellness platform designed to help busy and burnt-out casualties of our toxic culture of productivity create more time and space to be more creative. Crucial to drive innovation & create impact.

  • Office Hours are you direct connection to industry shapers. Browse our available Advisors, schedule a 1:1 session with them, show up and ask your questions, receive thoughtful insight.

  • 30 minute and 60 minute sessions are available. You can select the session that works best for you when you schedule.

  • Yes! You can book time with the same (or different) Advisors as you need and based on their availability.

  • You can reschedule your session at least 24 hours before your call. For any cancellations, or reschedules within 24 hours of the session, we do charge a 50% fee to compensate the expert for the last minute change. Please email us and we can help.

  • If your advisor is available to extend the session, additional time can be added in 15-minute increments.

  • When you schedule your session you will be asked a few questions and provided the opportunity to upload pertinent documents + share social links. All projects are different and THE BOARD has you covered where ever your project leads.
