I'm on a mission to craft business models, capabilities, and resources that help empower entrepreneurs and business leaders globally and develop a regenerative economy. I help ambitious leaders craft capabilities, training content, and business strategies to build human-centered sales cultures, organizational functions, and brands. My work with Silicon Valley Bank built the sales enablement function and key programs from the ground up, empowering our client-facing employees with the sales skills, market insights and content to support our clients in the innovation economy. Through Ellevara, I help creative entrepreneurs clarify their organizational offering and align their brand to actionable results-driven strategies.

About me

I help creative founders and executives design sales strategies, brand experiences and client/customer journeys for revenue and resilience. I take a client-centric, research-informed approach to help leaders build new practices, processes, and capabilities that empower brands to clarify and own their story, connect meaningfully with consumers, and drive revenue goals. I have: - Built and implemented robust content platforms, including recurring (internal and external) webinars, podcasts, and content development infrastructure, programs and practices that inform, educate and - engage audiences - Designed and created a community and ecosystem engagement platform, including content marketing programming - Developed and directed a sales training function and team that empowers B2B sales teams to connect meaningfully with clients - Infused and integrated excellent communications practices into diverse projects and programs for impact - Designed and executed robust research projects that informs decision-making and action I’m an organizational designer with a background in research, entrepreneurial strategy, and communications. I’ve worked in various capacities across the innovation economy and creative startup ecosystem, from finance to fashion, and I leverage my skills to help founders and executives build better strategies, content and product offerings.

FAQ

• How do office hours work?

  Office Hours are you direct connection to industry shapers. Browse our available Advisors, schedule a 1:1 session with them, show up and ask your questions, receive thoughtful insight.

• How long are the sessions?

  30 minute and 60 minute sessions are available. You can select the session that works best for you when you schedule.

• Can I book more time?

  Yes! You can book time with the same (or different) Advisors as you need and based on their availability.

• What if I have to cancel or reschedule?

  You can reschedule your session at least 24 hours before your call. For any cancellations, or reschedules within 24 hours of the session, we do charge a 50% fee to compensate the expert for the last minute change. Please email us and we can help.

• What if our time runs over?

  If your advisor is available to extend the session, additional time can be added in 15-minute increments.

• Is 60 minutes really enough time to help me?

  When you schedule your session you will be asked a few questions and provided the opportunity to upload pertinent documents + share social links. All projects are different and THE BOARD has you covered where ever your project leads.

• I am having trouble finding the right expert, can you advise me?
