I established Workhouse in 1999 as a leading storytelling studio that develops stylish marketing & successful worldwide campaigns for a wide range of legendary clients including The Rolling Stones Ronnie Wood, Francis Ford Coppola, David LaChapelle, Interview Magazine, International Emmy Awards, Galleries Lafayette, Virgin, Jazz at Lincoln Center, Henri Bendel, Saks Fifth Avenue, Tony Shafrazi Gallery & Versace. For the seventh consecutive year, WORKHOUSE received the Best of Manhattan Award" from the U.S. Commerce Association (USCA), the Observer's ""PR Power 50"" list, and in 2023, the coveted Netty Lifetime Achievement Award in honor of the firm's 25th anniversary.

I am an award-winning communications professional regarded for my original thinking, imaginative ideas, & unique hands-on approach. Inducted into the NYC Business Hall of Fame, I am a big-picture strategist with a strong creative background & powerful track record. A respected creative professional, I help brands tell their stories effectively.

Honors include the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) ""Silver Anvil"" Award, PR News Platinum PR ""Wow Award,"" Bulldog Reporter Silver Medal Award, & PR Daily/ Dow Jones Finalist for ""Grand Prize: PR Campaign of the Year."" In 2023, I received the Best in Biz ""Marketing Executive of the Year"" Award, the Netty Lifetime Achievement Award, & the MarCom Career Achievement Award in recognition of my unorthodox industry command. I was inducted into the International Who's Who of Executives in 2014.

In 2002, my partner & I opened Chocolate Bar, New York’s candy store for grown-ups in a 350sq ft space. As Chairman, I implemented global expansion & brought the brand into international markets & settings. In 2006, Chocolate Bar had grown to over 30 boutiques worldwide in the regions of Australia, the Kingdom of Bahrain, Cyprus, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, India, Pakistan, & the United Arab Emirates through a partnership with Dubai-based HDC. The brand was sold in 2015 for an undisclosed sum.

  • Office Hours are you direct connection to industry shapers. Browse our available Advisors, schedule a 1:1 session with them, show up and ask your questions, receive thoughtful insight.

  • 30 minute and 60 minute sessions are available. You can select the session that works best for you when you schedule.

  • Yes! You can book time with the same (or different) Advisors as you need and based on their availability.

  • You can reschedule your session at least 24 hours before your call. For any cancellations, or reschedules within 24 hours of the session, we do charge a 50% fee to compensate the expert for the last minute change. Please email us and we can help.

  • If your advisor is available to extend the session, additional time can be added in 15-minute increments.

  • When you schedule your session you will be asked a few questions and provided the opportunity to upload pertinent documents + share social links. All projects are different and THE BOARD has you covered where ever your project leads.
