Key deliverables included a business plan and financial model for their board to approve. Our team collaborated with their executive team on a quick two- month turn around.

THE BOARD assessed all aspects of the brand - from customers, white spaces, assortment segments, beauty shopping requirements to potential business models. We delivered a robust 5-year financial model with high/medium/low plans based on the desired level of investment. This plan was used to get budget approval and greenlit for execution later that year.
