After decades witnessing the lack of consistent & effective post-injection care, founders partnered with clinical aestheticians & a world renowned cosmetic chemist to create Viktor Michael, the first Recovery Care Collection® proven to reduce post-injection side effects & downtime by up to 50% while supporting regeneration, radiance, & skin health.

OUR PARTNERSHIP

THE BOARD was engaged to develop brand, positioning, & GTM strategy for this category-defining brand which sits at the lucrative intersection of prestige beauty & the global injectables market. We performed a situational analysis & presented industry insights, customer analysis, competitive landscape & advantage, winning proposition & distribution strategy. We crafted the brand architecture, developed the brand voice, & created the storytelling architecture, & brought it to life across a custom-designed website, organic, paid media, & retail.

DEMONSTRATED IMPACT

Within its first 6 months, Viktor Michael has early traction with DTC consumers, retail partnerships with SHEN & MODA (Summer 2023), was a guest panelist at Beauty Independent’s Dealmaker Summit, & has been featured in Harper’s Bazaar, Byrdie, Beauty Independent, Beauty Matter, CEW & more. Viktor Michael was selected to participate in the competitive Bridge Mentorship program with True Beauty Ventures, & accepted into an accelerator program led by Dream Ventures & Golden Hour Ventures.
